Project Coordinator

AI for Global Goals is a deep-tech L&D company.

Our mission is to train the next generation of AI talents who can help the fulfilment of the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). We develop online courses and educational events (such as OxML Summer Schools).

We are currently seeking to hire a Project Coordinator to oversee a portfolio of our (online and hybrid) courses/schools. The successful candidate will work closely with our leadership team, sponsors/partners, program/area chairs, contingent workers, and volunteers (and hence play a critical role in the company’s success). Responsibilities:

Coordinating a portfolio of online and hybrid events (including, but not limited to, communications and logistics)
Supporting the event/course production process and teams.
Supporting the leadership team towards growing our offerings.
Maintaining a strong social media presence (e.g., via regular posts about our events/programs, and the latest developments in the field).
Growing our online community, using a range of creative new ideas.

Requirements:

Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
Strong time management, attention to details with ability to multitask and prioritise.
Great sense of ownership.
Detailed understanding of the following MS Office Suite apps: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Proficiency in social media management, particularly with platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in areas such as project coordination, event production, and administrative support, is necessary.
While we offer flexible location and working hours, physical presence at in-person and hybrid events, as well as certain team meetings, is necessary.
